These Terms of Service apply to your use of amora-belle.com (the "Site") and to purchases from Amora Belle ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and personalization

Our lockets are made to order with the photos and initial you provide. Please check your photos, initial and color before you place your order. You confirm that you have the right to use the photos you upload, and that they are not unlawful or offensive. We may refuse or cancel an order that does not meet these terms, with a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and update prices at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Shipping

Lockets are made in 2–3 business days and ship free to the US in 6–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping policy.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery for a refund or exchange, and a free remake if your locket arrives damaged or misprinted. See our Refund policy.

Product information

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colors and sizes may look slightly different on your screen, and printed photos depend on the quality of the photo you upload.

Use of the Site

Do not misuse the Site, try to break its security, or copy its content without permission. All text, images and designs on the Site belong to Amora Belle or its licensors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Amora Belle is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
