Personalization
Do I need to cut the photos myself?
No. Upload your photos on the product page when you order, and we print, trim and fit them for you. We also engrave the initial you choose on the cover.
How many photos fit?
One or two, one on each side of the heart. Close-ups with the face in the center look best. We crop them to fit the heart.
Which photos work best?
A sharp, well-lit photo where the face is close and centered. Screenshots and very dark or blurry photos print less well. Phone photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC) are perfect.
Does the engraving cost extra?
No. The initial on the cover is included in the price, and it is optional: leave it blank for a plain cover.
Is the photo engraved or printed?
Printed in full color, so it looks like your original. The initial on the cover is laser-engraved.
My photo upload is not working. What can I do?
If you opened the page from Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, open it in Safari or Chrome and try again: in-app browsers sometimes block uploads. Still stuck? Contact us and we will help.
Can I change my photos or initial after ordering?
Yes, if we have not started making it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once your locket is printed and engraved we cannot change it.
The locket
What is it made of?
Stainless steel, with a gold or silver finish and a vintage floral frame.
Is it hard to open?
It closes tightly to keep your photos safe, so the first opening is firm. Use your fingernail in the small notch on the side.
Can I wear it in the shower?
Take it off to swim or shower, so your photos stay perfect.
Will the engraving fade?
No. It is laser-engraved into the steel.
Does it come in a gift box?
Yes. Every locket comes in a gift box with a polishing cloth, ready to give.
Shipping
When will my order arrive?
Each locket is made to order in 2–3 business days, then ships free to the US in 6–12 business days. You will get a tracking number by email when it ships.
Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
Order by Monday, November 30 for Christmas delivery in the US.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order to the United States.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we only ship to the United States.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email on our Track your order page.
Returns & guarantee
What if it arrives damaged or the photo is wrong?
We remake it and reship it for free. Send us your order number and a photo of the problem within 30 days of delivery.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery for a refund or an exchange: that is our 30-Day Love-It Guarantee. See our Refund policy.
Ordering & payment
Can I order lockets with different photos?
Yes. Choose the 2 or 3 locket bundle and personalize each one with its own color, photos and initial. Bundles save you $9.95 (2 lockets) or $24.90 (3 lockets), applied automatically at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify with encrypted payments. We never see or store your card details.
