Return and Refund Policy

At Amora Belle, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the conditions below.

Important: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not offer free returns.

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

It must be returned with all original parts, accessories and packaging.
It must show no signs of misuse, improper handling or damage caused by the customer.
Hygiene-related items must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
It must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Any issues with your order must be reported immediately upon delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the item has been misused or damaged by the customer.

2. How to Return an Item

Email info@amora-belle.com with the subject line “Return Request” and include:

your order number;
the reason for the return;
your full name;
your address;
clear photos of the item.

Our team will review your request and send you the return instructions and return address.

Important: do not send your item until your request has been approved, and never return it to the address shown on the package or shipping label.

3. Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The correct return address will be provided once your request has been approved.

We recommend keeping your proof of shipment until you receive your refund.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us right away at info@amora-belle.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item. Once we have verified the issue, you may choose from the following options:

Replacement — we will send you a new item at no cost to you. You do not need to return the original.
Partial refund — if a replacement is not possible (for example, because the item is no longer available), or if a replacement has already been sent for the same order, we will offer you a partial refund and you keep the item.
Full refund — if you prefer, you may return the item for a full refund. In this case, return shipping is at your expense, and the refund will be issued once we have received and inspected the item.

5. Canceling Your Order

Before shipment. Orders are processed automatically shortly after they are placed, so they can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. If you contact us in time at info@amora-belle.com, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

After shipment. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be stopped or canceled. If you no longer want it, please wait until it is delivered and then request a return under our 30-day return policy described above.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item has arrived and been inspected:

refunds are issued only after the inspection is complete;
no refund will be issued before we receive the returned item;
refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the item;
the refund is issued to your original payment method;
any additional cost for a shipping method more expensive than standard shipping is non-refundable.

Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post the refund to your account.

7. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or not picked up before the carrier’s deadline, you may choose one of the following options:

have your order reshipped, with new shipping charges; or
receive a refund minus a deduction of up to 50% to cover return shipping, handling and administrative costs.

8. Important Information

All returns must be sent to the address provided after your request is approved.
Never return an item to the sender’s address shown on the package.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
