Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum.
How long it takes
Every locket is made to order, just for you. Here is how long it takes:

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and may be longer during peak periods (for example, the weeks before Christmas).
Holiday orders
For Christmas delivery in the US, please order by Monday, November 30.
Tracking
When your locket ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow it on our Track your order page.
Address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible: we can update it before your order ships.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for a long time, contact us with your order number. If your locket arrives damaged, we remake and reship it for free (see our Refund policy).
